Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is for an independent associate (room rent) or employee based technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments, particularly in eyelash extensions and related services. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash services while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting additional beauty treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
- Possibly Upsell additional services such as body waxing, dermabrasion, and treatments based on client needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized properly.
- Manage appointment schedules effectively to maximize client satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously enhance skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in various beauty treatments including all things skincare, body waxing, red light therapy, and is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of color theory as it relates to beauty applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a focus on client needs.
- Familiarity with Millennium software or similar scheduling systems is a plus.
- A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required.
