About the Role">
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for coordinating equipment repairs, including food production equipment, freezers, ovens, coolers, and sending out maintenance schedules on a weekly basis that conform to the hour and OT departmental plan.
They will develop and direct internal mechanical, electrical, and instrument shift maintenance activities, instrument calibration & repair activities, and spare parts management to safely achieve required manufacturing equipment utilization, reliability, and efficiencies.
- Responsible for ensuring the normal operation of systems and equipment in the plant.
- Review downtime and resolve by updating or modifying the preventative maintenance plan or predictive solutions.
