Job Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Manager at Taylor Farms, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the normal operation of systems and equipment in the plant.
- Reviewing downtime and resolving issues through updated or modified preventative maintenance plans.
- Coordinating equipment repairs, including food production equipment, freezers, ovens, and coolers.
- Developing and sending out maintenance schedules on a weekly basis.
- Evaluating employee efficiency and productivity.
- Conducting staff meetings and performance evaluations.
You will work closely with production and quality management teams to ensure compliance to GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
