About the Role
As a key member of our Taylor Farms team, you will be responsible for leading supervisors and hourly mechanics in achieving preventative maintenance goals, reactive maintenance occurrences, increased skill attainment by mechanics, and ensuring production equipment uptime to allow production to fulfill customer orders.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills in a high-paced environment. You will be expected to develop close working relationships with production and quality management teams, ensuring compliance to GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
You will also be responsible for coordinating equipment repairs, developing and directing internal mechanical, electrical, and instrument shift maintenance activities, and evaluating and implementing procedures and equipment changes for maintenance effectiveness measurement and predictive maintenance programs.
