We have an opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Supervisor with our New England team in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
Purpose of the Role:
The Quality Assurance Manager interprets and implements quality assurance and food safety standards to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal policies.
They perform internal auditing of processes, policies, and personnel to evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs and support improvement initiatives in all aspects of quality assurance and food safety.
They also support departmental goals and execute staffing and improvement initiatives to align with company objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
