- Main Responsibilities:
- Implement quality assurance standards to guarantee adherence to both regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs through internal audits and process reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall quality and food safety.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
- In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the food sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating teams and driving process improvements.
