We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to be responsible for the leadership of our sanitation program at one of our largest operations in the system.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sanitation Manager, you will work closely with the FSQA Team, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments on the implementation of the master sanitation schedule.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Regulatory compliance
- Program development
- SSOP updates
- Equipment sanitary design
- FSQA compliance
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for food safety and sanitation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or certificate in a related field, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- A working knowledge of HAACP and Preventive Controls, SSOPs, Allergens, Organic, and SQF
- Motivation and drive to be an effective leader and innovator with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, meet deadlines and accomplish objectives
