Job Opportunity: Front Desk Associate & Fitness Coach

Are you passionate about fitness, love helping others, and thrive in a team environment? Taylor Fitness is looking for a Front Desk Associate & Fitness Coach to join our team! This dynamic role combines customer service, sales, and hands-on coaching to create a welcoming, motivating environment for our members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Service: Greet members with a smile, answer inquiries, and ensure every visitor has a positive experience.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the gym clean and organized, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Sales and Membership Sign-Ups: Assist potential members in signing up for memberships, explain pricing and benefits, and help them feel excited about starting their fitness journey.
- Coaching and Motivation: Provide workout guidance, demonstrate proper use of equipment, and help members stay motivated to achieve their fitness goals.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
