Are you a natural leader with a passion for fitness? Taylor Fitness is looking for a Gym Manager to lead our Eagle Lake location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, loves helping people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
Responsibilities:Management Duties:
- Lead and motivate staff to provide an outstanding gym experience.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Drive membership sales and engagement by building relationships with members.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve gym performance and community involvement.
- Address member concerns, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and hold employees accountable to company standards.
Regular Employee Duties:
- Greet and assist members, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment and common areas multiple times a day.
- Assist in signing up new members
- Promote and assist with fitness challenges, events, and new programs.

- Leadership experience in a gym, customer service, or similar industry.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- A people-first attitude – we serve every person who walks through our doors.
- Sales and customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Passion for fitness and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
