Job Description for all positions
1. Membership Sales:
- Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell gym memberships.
- Educate those interested about membership benefits and tailor offerings to individual fitness goals.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members, greeting all members coming and going with a smile.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Assist members with questions related to facilities, classes, and equipment usage.
3. Coaching:
- Provide guidance and motivation to members during their workouts.
- Assist with basic fitness routines, ensuring proper form and technique.
4. Gym Cleaning:
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of gym equipment and facilities.
- Follow a detailed cleaning checklist and adhere to established hygiene protocols.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
