- Help customers troubleshoot basic problems related to the equipment we service.
Experience
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and fleet management practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams.
