Job Summary
To provide administrative support to the Dispatch/Customer Service Lead with a high degree of professionalism, excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks at one time, and to make thoughtful but quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. This person is the primary communications link to the customer and must be able to meet pending deadlines, prioritize work, and handle emergency work requests.
Job Description
- Answer phone calls from customers regarding service requests.
- Effectively communicate with the customer on a regular and timely basis regarding issues impacting the customer and/or their service expectations.
- Effectively communicate with technicians, salesmen, and office staff through email, verbal, and written communication.
- Coordinate service activities with office staff as required.
- Accurately perform data entry, job set-up, work order review, and paperwork.
- Perform any other projects as requested by the Dispatch/Customer Service Lead.
Requirements:
- Good telephone skills.
- Great listening skills.
- Ability to work independently AND as a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
