We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and assist staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Scan documents into system
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
