Position Overview
In this role you will focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition for our manufacturing plant. This role will work closely with the HR department leaders to identify staffing needs, implement recruitment strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition :
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging job boards, social media, and employee referral programs.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
2. Collaboration with Departments :
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
Provide guidance on job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and selection criteria.
3. Candidate Experience :
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct onboarding sessions to help new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
4. Compliance and Reporting :
Ensure recruitment processes comply with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR Manager.
5. Employer Branding :
Support initiatives to enhance company’s employer brand and position the company as an employer of choice in the renewable energy industry.
Represent company at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Knowledge :
Understanding of U.S. labor laws and recruitment best practices.
