Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with the Project Leader/Manager to develop project scopes and contracts.
- Coordinate with PG Engineering, Station Management, and other departments to support project development.
- Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid review processes.
- Develop and review engineering specifications and technical documents for projects.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide technical troubleshooting support.
- Oversee and coordinate engineering reviews with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with engineering deliverables in contracts with Owner's Engineer (OE) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors.
- Support startup and commissioning by providing engineering knowledge and troubleshooting assistance.
Bid Review Responsibilities
- For Owner's Engineer (OE) Bids:
- Review development data, land utilization, site design, energy performance, and zoning requirements.
- For EPC Bids:
- Support the EPC RFP process and review EPC submittals.
- Evaluate proposals, technical specs, site plans, and deviations.
- Ensure EPC designs meet interconnection and project requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or assisting a Project Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze technical problems, interpret drawings, and prepare reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
