- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
Required education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Professional HR Certification is preferred.
- Two years' relevant experience in human resources.
- Experience with HR information systems.
- Experience in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
