Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our small but powerful commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively contribute to our marketing strategies and campaigns along-side a team of sales and leasing agents with the Owner/Principal Broker and Office Manager of Taylor Long Properties in what can be a fast-paced environment.
Duties (in collaboration with our Office Manager)
- Enter and maintain current status of all Listings, Flyers, and Agents on Website, Buildout and all other platforms
- Maintain Contact Lists
- Initiate and schedule e-mail campaigns for new and active listings
- Prepare for review and submit transaction reports for publication and Website
- Prepare marketing aerials/packages for clients
- Assist Agents with Costar/LoopNet & Crexi reporting of their Listings and/or Tenant/Buyer Rep site research, comps, etc.
- Look up and provide property tax records in setting up for a new listing
- Take photos of properties when needed
- Oversee data entry and submission of Power Broker and transaction reporting for Awards (i.e., CoStar, Crexi, etc.)
- Coordinate advertising of our Agents and the Taylor Long Properties brand
- Coordinate preparation of large marketing materials (i.e., foam boards, banners, flyers)
- Assist with Exhibits for Leases/Sale & Purchase Agreements (Site plans)
- Assist Office Manager in maintaining a current and Master Availability datasheet.
Skill Requirements (hands-on experience required):
- Outlook (Email & Calendar)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF Editing)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Constant Contacts (preferred, but not required)
- Buildout (preferred, but not required)
- CoStar/LoopNet and Crexi (preferred, but not required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
