Taylor Management is looking for a highly motivated full-time accounts receivable clerk to work in a fast-paced environment. We’re searching for a skilled individual that is detail oriented, can multitask and enjoys working with a team.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Answering and responding to homeowner phone calls
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Processing, verifying and posting homeowner payments by recording checks and entering them into the general ledger
- Posts miscellaneous checks to various general ledger accounts.
- Adding and waiving of fees on unit owner accounts
- General knowledge and understanding of payroll
- Performing clerical and administrative duties, such as data entry, sending bill and late reminders and filing.
