- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential units and common areas.
- Troubleshoot and maintain boiler systems to ensure proper operation.
- Address plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
- Handle minor electrical repairs, such as outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
- Assist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of boiler operations and troubleshooting.
- Experience with plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to perform minor electrical work safely and efficiently.
- Black Seal License (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
