Taylor Metal Products is looking for an experienced Loading Forklift Operator to join our team at our NEW Auburn, WA location!
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Loader to join our team during the swing shift. Summer: 3pm to 11pm (shift end dependent on workload) and Winter: 1pm to 9pm (shift end dependent on workload). In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load and unload materials, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining a safe work environment. You will primarily be handling finished goods and loading them for our next day deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials from flatbed trucks
- Move products within the warehouse, organizing items for easy access and inventory management.
- Inspect forklifts before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and guidelines.
