Taylor Metal is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in picking and packing, inventory management, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. This role requires proficiency with computer systems, handheld scanners, and forklifts. The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of warehouse operations while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Shift: Dayshift, M-F (7:00am -3:30pm), OT as needed
Department: Accessories
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders in a timely manner.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and organization of warehouse stock.
- Operate a handheld scanner to track and update inventory and orders.
- Use forklifts to move and organize products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong picking and packing skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in inventory management and understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Proficiency with computer systems and handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong focus on safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. (50lbs or less)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $20 - $28
