2nd Shift Mon- Thurs 3:15pm - 1:45am; May train on 1st shift Mon- Thurs 5:00am - 3:30pm
Overview
To operate multiple spindle bar automatics in a routinely knowledgeable and productive fashion.
Duties
- Run one or more (typically two) automatic screw machines:
- Maintain fluid levels.
- Run quality parts (able to distinguish between good parts and discrepant parts).
- Sharpen cutoff blades.
- Change tools when necessary.
- Accurately fill in machine tickets and tool charts in a timely manner.
- Make minor adjustments for diameters and location of tools as prescribed by leadman or supervisor.
Experience
- High School, or equivalent,
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
