As an Appliance Repair Technician, you play a critical role in providing high-quality repair services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing all major home appliances, including washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens (gas and electric), microwaves, and more.
- Troubleshooting gas appliances and ensuring proper repairs following safety regulations.
- Providing clear explanations to customers regarding issues, repair needs, and cost estimates.
- Delivering a five-star customer experience by being professional, knowledgeable, and service-oriented.
- Using handheld devices to manage work orders in a paperless environment.
- Ordering necessary parts and ensuring efficient use of company resources.
- Operating and maintaining a company-provided service vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Staying up to date with new appliance technologies and completing all required training.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Experience working with gas appliances is required
- Gas Fitter or Domestic Appliance license for NH
- Prior experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or related fields is preferred
Preferred:
- EPA 608 Type 1 Certification
- Sealed System Repair Experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses and commissions, with higher earning potential for those with sealed system experience and an EPA certification.
