Responsibilities:
- Prepare rental equipment for upcoming orders, including tents, tables, chairs, and other event-related items.
- Clean and maintain rental inventory to ensure it meets company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and general custodial duties.
- Load and unload trucks for deliveries and returns.
- Work outdoors and in warehouse environments in varying weather conditions.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role that requires standing, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to work in outdoor and warehouse environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Previous warehouse or event rental experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, seasonal position.
- Schedule may include weekends, early mornings, and late evenings as needed.
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
