Details:
- 20-person law firm: a small firm team environment that allows attorneys to offer tailored, high-quality services to each client, while still having challenging work that big firms have to offer
- Practice area focus: Commercial Litigation
- Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary plus bonuses
- Billable hour requirement: 1800 annually
- Firm pays 100% of health premiums and contribute about $2k to an HSA plan
- Firm pays Vision & Dental premiums
- 401k with employer match
- Pay for parking
- Pay for CLE and licensure fees
- Life Insurance
- PTO: no set policy (Encourage people to take vacation, but be aware of your current caseload/trial schedule/etc.)
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as an Attorney (open to a variety of practice area backgrounds)
- Strong Litigation skills
- Strong writing & research skills
- Trial experience would be great but not required
- Hardworkers who want the perks of being in a small firm environment while still working on challenging work such that big firms have to offer
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
