Associate Attorney Opportunity (Commercial Litigation) - Salt Lake City, UT
Our client is a Full-Service Law Firm headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, that provides first-rate legal services across a broad range of practice areas.
The firm is expanding and seeking a talented Associate Attorney with between 2 to 4 years of experience to join its tight-knit, rapidly growing team in Salt Lake City. This individual should have Commercial Litigation Experience, ideally in Real Estate, but the firm is open to seeing a variety of litigation backgrounds.
Details:
- Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 (Base Salary) plus Billings-Based Bonus
- Healthcare: Firm pays 100% of health premiums and contributes about $2k to an HSA plan
- Firm pays Vision & Dental premiums
- 401k with employer match
- Pay for parking
- Pay for CLE and licensure fees
- Life Insurance
- PTO: no set policy (Encourage people to take vacation, but be aware of your current caseload/trial schedule/etc.)
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Utah
- 2-4 years of experience (no more, no less) as an Attorney with a focus on Litigation. Commercial Litigation, specifically Real Estate, is highly preferred, but the firm is open to seeing a variety of litigation backgrounds.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
