Details:
- AssociateLitigation Attorney in a variety of Civil Litigation – the firm’s main focuses are Corporate Litigation/Contract Disputes, Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate, Labor & Employment, and Trademarks.
- Compensation varies depending on experience, but the firm offers a competitive package of base salary, origination fee bonuses, and billable-based bonuses
- Onsite schedule in Austin
- Billable Hours: minimum of 100 hours/month but usually more than that. No concrete requirement though.
- Health Insurance 100% covered by the firm for a basic plan, with additional add-ons
- Vision & Dental offered
- 401k w/match (eligible at 1 year of employment)
- PTO: 15 days first year, 16 days second year, etc. up to maximum of 20 days
- Most U.S. Holidays off
Qualifications:
- Experienced Civil Litigator (2-7 years of experience) in any or all of the following practice areas: Corporate Litigation/Contract Disputes, Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate, Labor & Employment, and Trademarks
- Independent; able to run cases from start to finish, while also being able to delegate work to others
- Strong knowledge of Texas Civil Procedure
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
