Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research, case analysis, and evidence preparation.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and medical professionals.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case progress.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
