Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a full litigation caseload, from inception to resolution
- Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and conduct depositions
- Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and results
- Work closely with a collaborative team of attorneys and support staff to drive case success
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of two years of insurance defense litigation experience (required)
- Skills: Strong writing, case strategy development, and courtroom skills
- Admission: Active Texas Bar license
