Midsize Law Firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Houston team!
Details:
- Compensation: $127,000 - $160,000 base salary (flexible, DOE)
- Annual billable-based bonus
- Commission for any new business brought in
- Mostly onsite schedule, can take remote days here and there
- Full benefit package including Major Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and 401k

- Practice Area Focus: Commercial Litigation, Securities & Financial Services Litigation, Employment Law, Trade Secret Litigation, Products Liability Defense, and Energy Litigation
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required in any of the above practice areas
- Strong Litigation experience: experience handling cases from start to finish (from intake to trial)
- Very strong writing skills (motion practices, briefs, summary judgments, etc.)
