Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a strong background in complex transactions, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance within the telecommunications industry. This role will involve providing strategic legal guidance on commercial matters, managing risk, and ensuring adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, service agreements, and partnership arrangements.
- Provide legal advice and support on telecommunications regulations, competition law, intellectual property, and data protection.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, finance, and business development teams, to facilitate commercial transactions.
- Advise on risk management strategies to mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- JD Degree
