Our client is a midsize Personal Injury firm in the Baltimore area, looking to add an Experienced Office Manager to their firm. This professional must have experience in a Law Firm setting with Personal Injury experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
- Dealing with Vendors
- Know the employee handbook, deal with issues with the employees
- Learn and be able to bring the settlement and discuss it with the client.
- Might need to cut operating/ escrow checks
- Control cash flow document (needs to understand P&L)
Qualifications
- Must have Personal Injury experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
