Role Description:
As a mowing crew technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our clients' turf. You will primarily be responsible for operating all mowing equipment, ensuring the grass is trimmed, edged, and manicured to meet our Customer's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Operate all mowing equipment in a safe, economical manner.
- Mow and trim/edge all assigned turf areas and blow all clippings or other debris from walking and driving surfaces.
- Inspect property conditions and report issues to crew leader
- Effectively work amongst a crew using good communication skills and teamwork
- Other seasonal landscape duties (including snow removal) may be assigned, as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license (preferred);
- Must have reliable transportation;
- Willingness to work 10 hour work days during the Green season (M-Th.);
- Willingness to work weekends due to weather or other seasonal variabilities;
- Availability during Snow removal services.
Pay is based upon experience. New hires will immediately qualify for an HSA eligible Health Benefits Plan.
