Taylor’s Crossing Public Charter School is looking to hire a PART- TIME Office Assistant to work in our school office. The successful candidate will immerse themselves in the Harbor method and become part of a cohesive team who prepare students to accept challenges with confidence, courage, and the skills needed to achieve success.
QUALIFICATIONS
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and inviting personality.
Task oriented with the ability to complete assignments amid distractions.
Self-motivated and does what it takes to “get the job done” on time – works well under pressure and deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to use PowerSchool (school record keeping program).
Knowledgeable with word processing, data bases, spread sheets, and reports.
Demonstrated proficiency in data processing and use of automated office equipment.
Ability to maintain accurate and precise records according to federal and state law, administrative rules, and Board policy.
Maintain confidentiality of staff and students.
Assist with student and staff requests.
Represent the school in a positive manner.
High school diploma or General Education Degree.
