Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates and coordinates with Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program Supervisor on a weekly basis.
- Accept and monitor visitors.
- Photocopying, faxing , mail distribution and filing. Coordinates and maintains records for staff order.
- Maintain clients records, prepare face sheets & referrals in accordance with guide lines set by Taylor Starkewood Enterprises.
- Provide general assistance to other Administrative staff with various task to help with the daily operations and function of the company.
- Obtain outdated and or missing documentation or information needed for
- Mental Health charts and forms.
- Be able to operates as an integral part of the company as this position requires a person, that is able to interact with various internal and external departments and agencies.
- Audit support logs daily.
- Assist with hiring process
- Audit client charts.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Directors
- Qualifications:
High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate. Valid Driver's License with the acceptable driving record.
