Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Qualified Professional Mental Health Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality Mental Health Sevices to Mental clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding , Mental Health Counseling practices, and relevant therapeutic techniques. The Qualified Professional will work collaboratively with clients to develop effective treatment plans and support their journey towards improved Mental Health.
Responsibilities
- Ability to consistently exercise discretion and appropriate judgement in the application of the advanced knowledge you have obtained in professional coursework, training and experience for the benefit of your clients
- Coordinate with referral sources, Clinical Director, and other sources to link with external programs or service, including healthcare, academic recreational activities, transportation resources, financial and employment resources.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation purposes.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in the Human Services field from an accredited college or university: One year experience providing Mental Health treatment to adults with Mental, behavioral, or substance use disorder or an approved combination of education and professional experience; Certified in First Aid Aide/ CPR, QMHP-A, QMHP-T or QMHPP.
