About the Role:
In this important role as the Loader Operator, you’ll have the opportunity to influence your team to higher levels. You will ensure customer and vendor relationships are maintained. You will continuously identify opportunities to develop yourself, improve the speed and quality of support, while increasing operational efficiency. You will prioritize and act on those opportunities by setting challenging goals that are executed following a project management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to customers
- Assists in training team members in providing exceptional customer service.
- Creating a desirable work environment through recognition and empowerment to your team members.
- Promotes a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
- Load trucks/dump trailers in a prompt and safe manner.
- Ensure that the store/work area is a maintained cleanliness and organized store.
- Maintain equipment/loaders weekly and monthly maintenance check
- Be able to run the Point of Sale System
- Successfully handle the check out process for customers.
- Communicate effectively with your team to provide exceptional customer service
- Thorough product knowledge.
- Demonstrate decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Bring high energy, enthusiasm, and displays an affinity for our products, core values, and company philosophy.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer College Degree, but not required
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Clean 5-year driving record
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of safe, efficient mechanical operation of tractors and other motorized equipment
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evening and weekends).

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- In an hour 10-hour work day: standing/walking.
- Exposure to temperatures: 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit, >90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters and heavy machinery.
- A Taylor’s shirt is to be worn daily
- Jeans or Shorts
- Shorts must be mid-thigh or longer
- Boots are required
