Primary Role
As an Arborist Representative, you will leverage your technical expertise, sales skills, and passion for the green industry to drive customer satisfaction and company growth. You will work closely with clients, perform site evaluations, and develop customized solutions to meet their tree care needs. This position also includes a strong emphasis on maintaining professional relationships, safety standards, and efficient workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Sales: Build strong client relationships by visiting properties, assessing needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Prepare estimates, proactively prospect for new business, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain detailed records to inform future opportunities.
- Site Evaluations & Maintenance: Conduct property inspections to identify improvements in tree and lawn care services. Develop annual Plant Health Care Programs and provide expert guidance on diagnosing and treating common issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with crews to ensure jobs are executed as planned. Communicate priorities, address challenges, and actively participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Safety & Compliance: support safety committee in implementing and enforcing all safety, transportation and pesticide compliance programs.

Qualifications
- 2 years of proven experience in arboriculture, tree care, or a related green industry field, with at least 1 year in a sales arborist or similar customer-facing sales role.
- Strong technical, communication, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to policies.
- Valid driver’s license.
- ISA Certified Arborist License
- Additional certifications such as Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) or Licensed Pesticide Applicator (depending on local requirements) are a plus.
