We are seeking an Office Clerk for our Client in Abilene, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position will also require clerical work, filing, and customer support.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors as they arrive at the office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage records and files
- Transcribe notes from professionals
- Coordinate projects with other team members
- Provide customer support to visitors
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in an office as a receptionist or clerk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
