Job Description
The Managing Director will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding our existing client relationships.
- Lead a team in the delivery of a search, ensuring high-quality service and results.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.
- Drive revenue growth through personal attainment of new business and the execution of Sr. Director, Vice President, and C-level searches.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7 years of progressive recruiting experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience running a 360 desk in a retained search environment.
- Documented success in establishing new clients and selling Executive Search services with proven ability to deliver $500,000 in annual revenue.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends.
- Ability to travel 25-30%.
