TSP is engaged in a direct hire search with a biopharmaceutical company. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Training, this field based training position is responsible for meeting and exceeding the Sales and Management training requirements of the Commercial organization.
Summary of the Essential Functions of the Job
- Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Be a subject matter, product / disease state and marketplace expert as assigned by Director.
- Lead and manage the New Hire Home Study process including schedules, coaching calls, assessments, etc.
- Assist in coordination of New Hire Orientation.
- Identify, develop and execute training needed at the Area / Regional level in collaboration with the Area Sales Director, Oncology Business Director and Region Trainer.
- Coordinate Regional Trainer activities and responsibilities.
- Facilitate National / Regional Sales Meeting training workshops.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions as assigned.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Director and Oncology Business Directors within assigned Regions to conduct Field Rides with Representatives and provide coaching, feedback and training as necessary.
- Coach and provide feedback to representatives during training sessions and Field Rides.
- Partner with members of the in-house Commercial Training team during design, development and executions of training.
- Develop and / or execute continued and advanced training to align with corporate strategy.
- Assist with training and execution for line extensions and launches.
- Learn new disease state and clinical materials.
- Act as a liaison between the field force and Home Office to identify and communicate training needs.
