Summary
This is a full-time position that is primarily responsible for organizing support and staff for events on and off campus. This position is the system administrator for the university scheduling software, 25Live, and is responsible for coordinating with Event Services staff and clients to determine the best support for events. Additional responsibilities include providing one-on-one assistance to faculty with multi-media teaching modules, media conversions, video creation and editing, and other media-related projects. Primarily an 8-5 workday with the availability to work modified hours based on nighttime and weekend support requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
This position is primarily responsible to :
- Testify to personal experience of salvation in Jesus Christ, affirm belief in the University's Statement of Faith, abide by and practice our Life Together Covenant, and both personally agree with and support the Foundational Documents of Taylor University.
- Event Management / Coordination
Assists departments in entering reservations in 25Live.
Carries out student supervisory responsibilities following Taylor's policies and applicable laws.
Typical Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree preferred with 2 or more years of A / V support experience required. Additional years of experience (4 ) will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Experience : Working with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, 25Live, Google Calendar, event scheduling, and personnel management. Coordination skills are beneficial. Working with Planning Center or comparable software utilizing praise band scheduling, Adobe Production Suite, and musical special event support knowledge is preferred.
