We are seeking an experienced Accounting Director that is bilingual in Spanish to join the team of a fantastic long-time client of ours.! In addition to core accounting responsibilities, this hands-on leader will handle intercompany reporting, international accounting and corporate tax compliance.

Bilingual Accounting Director Job Duties:
- Manage and mentor small local accounting team
- Coordinate with the international counterparts on accounting and reporting
- Coordinate the work of the Company’s outside accountants in the US and in other countries
- In addition to monthly close process, will oversee cash management and treasury functions, insurance, contracts, corporate tax compliance
- Liaise with other leaders of company on strategic matters
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
Bilingual Accounting Director Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA required
- Fluency in conversational Spanish required
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
