Are you ready to make a difference? Taylored Restoration Services, is a Construction/Restoration company with over 50 years of dedicated service, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as a Cleaning Crew Lead Technician in the Anchorage area.
We specialize in restoring homes and commercial properties after disasters such as fire, wind, earthquake, and water/mold damage. Our portfolio also includes home improvement, residential and commercial remodels, additions and various services. We provide emergency services 24/7, requiring a rotational schedule for after-hours availability.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough inspections of damaged contents and personal property in residential and commercial settings after disasters such as fire, wind, water/mold damage.
· Document the condition of items, catalog them, and photograph them as necessary for insurance claims and restoration purposes.
· Safely and efficiently pack, transport, and store contents, ensuring proper care and handling of valuable and sentimental items.
· Utilize appropriate cleaning and restoration techniques to restore items to their pre-loss condition, including cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing as needed.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
· Structural and detailed cleaning of residential and commercial job sites.
· Test new products and review/create procedures to ensure efficiency.
· Ensure equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled. Report any equipment malfunction and/or damage to the department supervisor.
· Communicate any problems/concerns that may arise with crew, clients or scope of work to department supervisor.
· Complete final walk-through with homeowner at job completion.
· Supervision of temporary workers at all times. (temps are not allowed to work without direct supervision)
· Be committed to safety. We provide all safety equipment, and all employees are required to use it. Crew Leads also ensure that technicians follow all safety rules and regulations.
· Participate in our 24-hour on call rotation, responding to emergencies after hours and on weekends. Overtime for this position is required but is not guaranteed.
· Drive company vehicles (no CDL required)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
· Reliability and punctuality is extremely important to all positions. Our customers expect us to show up on time!
· Must have proven knowledge of cleaning and content management.
· Minimum 1 year in a lead role.
· Knowledge of technology and apps (iPhone and iPad). Ability to use mobile software to enter data.
· Ability to read and follow product label usage instructions.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
· Ability to lead and mentor other technicians.
· Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face.
· Must be hardworking, honest, dependable, and safety focused.
· Move 75 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
· Stand/walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
· For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
· Use visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities.
· Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions. The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform.
· Current driver license with no more than 3 driving infractions in the last 3 years.
· Reliable, insured transportation at your disposal. Due to on-call rotation, public transportation will not suffice.
· Willingness to cross-train with the Mitigation Department.
· Must participate in the on-call rotation for our emergency services. These calls come in 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
· Must pass post-offer drug screening (heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine)
· Must pass post-offer background screening. Any convictions will need to be discussed with the Human Resource Director.
· Currently reside within or have the ability to self-relocate within the Anchorage area within a few weeks.
