Are you ready to make a difference? Taylored Restoration Services, is a Construction/Restoration company with over 50 years of dedicated service, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as a Mitigation and Cleaning Department Supervisor in the Anchorage area.
We specialize in restoring homes and commercial properties after disasters such as fire, wind, earthquake, and water/mold damage. Our portfolio also includes home improvement, residential and commercial remodels, additions and various services. We provide emergency services 24/7, requiring a rotational schedule for after-hours availability.

Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of emergency mitigation, mold remediation, and cleaning projects. (scoping, sketching, estimating, coordination of resources, communication with insured and adjusters, etc.)
· Ensure the estimate and file completion timelines are met as per insurance and company requirements.
· Communicate and educate the client on the process of the project, the timing of service delivery and realistic expectations.
· Accurately prepare job costing and estimates to ensure target margins are achieved. Collaborate with third-party estimating services as needed to assist in job estimation.
· Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining relationships.
· Serve as primary contact for clients and adjusters and ensure satisfaction.
· Oversee documentation and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
· Provide leadership in Health and Safety, by ensuring the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
· Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Mitigation and Cleaning Departments.
· Respond to crew reports to ensure equipment, supplies, vehicles and products are purchased, repaired, or procured.
· Drive company vehicles, including water trucks and trailers (does require CDL)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
· Proven experience in cleaning, water mitigation, and mold remediation (IICRC Certification preferred)
· Knowledge of technology and apps (iPhone and iPad). Ability to use mobile software to enter data.
· Previous supervisory experience required.
· Ability to manage competing demands.
· Excellent communication, time management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Dedication to quality, health and safety standards.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret budgeting and financial reports.
· Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions. The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
· Current driver license with no more the 3 driving infractions in the last 3 years.
· Reliable, insured transportation at your disposal.
· Manage and participate in the 24-hour on call rotation for emergency services.
· Must pass post-offer drug screening (heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine)
· Must pass post-offer background screening. Any convictions will need to be discussed with the Human Resource Director.
· Currently reside within or have the ability to self-relocate within the Anchorage area within a few weeks.
