What are the responsibilities and job description for the Embroidery Artwork Coordinator position at TaylorMade Golf Company?
This position is integral to the cresting/embroidery process across all product lines including apparel, golf bag, headwear and accessories. The role of New Artwork Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all new artwork across the entire embroidery process. The coordinator will work closely with a variety of departments including customer service, embroidery, warehouses, and external vendors.

Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate all new artwork from New Artwork Queue and requests outside of normal processes.
- Review Artwork/File types submitted with orders to confirm if files are usable by using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Wilcom Embroidery Studio.
- Work with external vendors in outsourcing new artwork requests and reviewing completed artwork from vendors.
- Reviewing artwork is correctly created as originally instructed.
- Reviewing artwork is sized correctly for specific product.
- Update Cricket and Embtrak systems as needed with order and/or logo information...
- Send logo approvals to customers.
- Manage revisions as needed.
- Address and provide solutions for issues that arise with Internal Teams, Outside Sales Force, and vendors.
- Communicate with product creation on logo capabilities for upcoming new product launches.
- Confirm sizing and color information for each new artwork that is submitted.
- Provide suggestions for required changes to artwork on an as needed basis.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
- Experience using TaylorMade Golf business systems (Oracle, EmbTrak, Cricket, Wilcom)
- Knowledge of the embroidery industry, with apparel and/or golf industry is a plus.
- Creative to their approach in the business to ensure new ideas can be explored.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
- Able to complete tasks in a timely manner, with accuracy and quality.
- Keen attention to detail and organization
- Maintains a “can-do” attitude
- High school education required.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in embroidery, graphic design, and/or apparel industry
- Golf industry experience is a plus
- Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
- Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
- Some travel may be required.
