Travel CT Technologist - $2,575 per week

Certification Details ARRT BLS IL state license Job Details Position / Specialty : CT Tech Shift : 3x12 Nights (1700-0630) - Friday-Sunday. Years of experience REQ : Minimum 1 year experience required. First-timers accepted : Yes Weekend REQ : Will work Fri-Sun every weekend. Is on-call REQ? Required if needed. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is Fri-Sun blocked. Locals accepted : Yes- no radius. Must have active IL license at time of start. RTO Restrictions : Ideally no more than 5 days. Job Requirements Certs REQ : ARRT, BLS, and IL state license required. Required Work Setting Experience : Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department. Required Abdomen and Pelvis CT Experience / Skills : Abdomen without and / or with contrast, Pelvis without and / or with contrast. Required Chest CT Skills / Experience : Chest without and / or with contrast, Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta). Required Head and Neck CT Skills / Experience : Head with and / or without contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Trauma head. Required Image Display and Post Processing Skills / Experience : 3D rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering), Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Region of interest measurement (ROI). Required Professional Knowledge and Skills : Isolation Precautions, Preparation and / or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety. Required Spine and Musculoskeletal CT Skills / Experience : Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic. Schedule Information Shift : 3x12 Nights (1700-0630) - Friday-Sunday. Unit Specific Information Required if candidate is requesting a Religious Exemption from flu vaccine. Once completed, CL must send to PM for approval. Required if requesting a Medical Exemption from flu vaccine. Once complete, CL must send to PM for approval. Additional Details A legible copy of a valid / current US Driver’s license or US ID card Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start. Photo must be in color from mid-shoulders up. It must be taken against a plain background, preferably dark blue or dark gray with appropriate clothing and no filters. Not needed for any candidate extending from Focus One. Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract. Physical within a year of start, and updated annually. Labs must be complete / scheduled within 7 days of signing contract. Must be signed by MD, NP, PA, DC, APN or DO. The physician's credentials, clinic location, and phone number must be listed on the form. Statement must indicate candidate is in good physical and mental health, free of communicable disease, and able to perform the core functions of the position without restrictions.
