Join our team as a Marketing Associate / Content Creator and take charge of our digital presence. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our online marketing efforts, ensuring our brand shines brightly in the digital sphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and refine blog posts and articles on personal finance topics, ensuring they align with our brand voice and SEO strategy, then upload them through WordPress for publication.
- Utilize HubSpot marketing tools for scheduling, analytics, and metrics tracking, optimizing our campaigns for maximum impact.
- Design engaging graphics and videos to captivate our audience across various platforms, including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithms, conducting ongoing research to inform our content strategy and keep our brand relevant.
- Create internal video content featuring our team and founder, Leslie H. Tayne, Esq., showcasing our expertise and personality to the world.
- Develop scripts for videos and coordinate filming sessions, ensuring our message is delivered effectively and authentically.
- Assist in coordinating events and media appearances for Leslie, positioning her as a thought leader in the industry and amplifying our brand presence.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct local research to identify opportunities for awards, partnerships, and community engagement, enhancing our brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing campaigns, driving engagement and growth.
- Provide support in managing social media accounts and responding to inquiries, maintaining a strong and active online presence.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Edit videos using video editing software to create compelling visual content
- Copywriting & proofread social media posts for grammar, spelling, and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including HubSpot marketing for scheduling and analytics.
- Experience in content creation, social media marketing, SEO, and graphic design.
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and WordPress.
- Proficiency in photography techniques and equipment
- Experience with video editing software
- A creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in event coordination and media relations.
- Previous experience creating internal video content and scripting.
