The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, digital marketing, and the construction industry. They will be able to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of our company.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, MBA, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms).
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and Google Ads management.
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, Shopify, and PPC advertising.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills for email and website marketing.
- Procore certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction bid proposals, RFPs, and government contracting is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor insights, and business opportunities.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
