Manager in Training
Tazza Kitchen, a full service restaurant, in Richmond, VA, is seeking full-time candidates for our Manager in Training program. We are looking for energetic team players who are passionate about hospitality and eager to build a career in the restaurant industry. Our Manager in Training program covers all operations including service models, bar, reservation system, new hire training, scheduling, ordering, budgeting, and exposure in our kitchens. Managers will become knowledgeable about our food and beverage menus, wood fire cooking techniques, and leadership skills. The MIT is a career track management position with opportunities to grow with our company.
Our managers lead by example and must exemplify our values of hospitality driven service, teamwork, and consistency every day.
Annual Salary ranges from $57,000-$64,000/year. Monthly bonus after completed training.

Requirements:
- 3 years in the Dining Room of a FULL service, high volume restaurant
- Experience running shifts or demonstrated leadership skills managing a team
- Great communication skills and professional demeanor
- Passion for hospitality and desire to grow in restaurant management
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 and able to stand and move about the restaurant for 8 hour shifts
- May require use of a personal car for store errands and training between locations
- Proficiency in English
